The South West Region Green Party is seeking a Senior Field Organiser to lead and develop local campaign teams, grow the activist base, and increase electoral success. The role involves co-developing regional strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and providing leadership to Field Team staff and volunteers. The organiser will also support priority campaigns to strengthen the party’s impact across councils and constituencies.
