Twinkl is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead data-driven campaigns that engage customers across every stage of the journey, from onboarding to retention and loyalty.

Location: Remote UK (description does not mention any travel)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 per week)
Salary: £40,000–£55,000

The role involves optimising customer journeys, refining audience segmentation, managing CRM and Onsite Marketing Managers, and driving targeted, automated campaigns. Experience with lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, analytics tools, and CRM platforms (e.g. Braze, Mailchimp, Dotdigital) is essential.
