The Growth Marketing Lead will drive user acquisition, conversion, and engagement across multiple channels, lead a small marketing team, and collaborate with Product, Content, CX, and Brand teams. This strategic and hands-on role balances measurable growth with brand integrity, focusing on creative, sustainable marketing strategies rather than growth at all costs.
Requirements:
7+ years in growth/performance/acquisition marketing for SaaS or product-led companies
2+ years in leadership
Proven success across paid marketing, email, partnerships, ASO, CRO, etc.
Strong analytics skills and comfort with emerging tools and AI
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
