Up Learn’s Customer Experience team is central to this mission, ensuring students, parents, teachers, and schools receive world-class support. The company is seeking freelance Customer Service Specialists to join a small, fast-growing team.

This remote role involves handling customer queries, managing feedback, troubleshooting issues, and supporting AI initiatives that enhance both automated and human-led support. Working closely with tutors, engineers, and learning teams, you’ll help shape the customer journey while gaining experience across multiple departments.
