Overview
Location: Work from home (full office setup required)
Salary: £28,500 per year / £13.70 per hour
Start Date: Monday 26th January
Working Hours:
Monday: 7am – 4pm
Tuesday to Friday: 9am – 6pm
Full-week remote training for the first one or two weeks

Role Overview
This role involves supporting the operations team with day-to-day processing of incoming and outgoing appointments, ensuring they are fulfilled efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
Outbound Calls: Contacting clients and members to arrange or confirm appointments (approx. 120 calls per day when assigned).
Inbound Calls, Emails, Live Chat: Responding to queries and liaising with clients.
Appointment Management: Scheduling and managing appointments using company software.
Complaints Handling: Assisting with investigating and responding to client complaints.
End-of-Shift Handover: Documenting and sharing updates at the end of each shift.
Requirements
Two years’ experience working from home, with a professional office setup
Strong administration and data entry skills, with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Confidence with phone communication and building rapport quickly
Tech-savvy, as the role relies heavily on in-house software
Notes
This role is high-volume and fast-paced, particularly the outbound calls, which can take up most of the working day. It may not suit those looking for a slower, less pressurised environment.
