Work should fit around life, not the other way around. Many people are now choosing remote or hybrid jobs because of personal needs and changing times. For some, the pandemic showed that working from home is not only possible but often more productive. Others face anxiety, health concerns, or simply feel more comfortable and focused outside of a traditional office. Introverts may thrive in quieter environments, while parents and carers value the flexibility to balance work with family life.
WFH Choice was created to bring together genuine remote and hybrid opportunities in one place. Jobs are gathered from across the web and directly from employers, making the search easier and helping job seekers focus on real, flexible roles that suit their lifestyle.
Flexible working isn’t always about employment. For many, it’s about creating independent income streams. That’s why WFH Choice also features self-employment ideas, freelance opportunities, and resources, offering inspiration and practical ways to build a career from home.
Employers benefit too, with a simple way to share roles with an audience that’s actively seeking remote and hybrid opportunities.

Founded by Susan Foster, who has worked from home since 2009 and been blogging since 2017, WFH Choice was inspired by her own search for extra work that could be done alongside her existing commitments.
In 2021, she also chose to home educate her daughter due to the pandemic, which further highlighted the importance of flexibility.
The site brings together years of working online, blogging, and balancing life at home to help others find genuine opportunities and income streams that fit around their own needs.
