Overview
Age UK is hiring a Service Delivery Analyst to join its Digital & Technology team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role, based from Ashburton, Blackpool, or Warrington, offers a salary of £38,427 to £42,472 for a 35-hour week.
The successful candidate will support the Service Delivery Manager by gathering, analysing, and preparing complex service management data to help maintain consistent delivery standards across internal teams and external suppliers.
Working within Age UK’s Service Delivery Management team, which bridges stakeholders and the Digital & Technology department, the analyst will play a key role in ensuring that services meet operational needs and deliver a customer-focused experience.
The position involves collaborating with colleagues in Digital & Technology, Information Protection & Compliance, and external suppliers to uphold high service standards. This is a hybrid role, with home-based working and attendance at the local office approximately once a month for team meetings. Travel costs to the local office are not covered.
