This hybrid role is based in Aquent’s Holborn office. The Recruiter will connect top talent with world-class brands using innovative tools and genuine relationship-building. It’s not a transactional post, but one for someone curious, quick-thinking, and confident in creating lasting connections.
Key Responsibilities
Build meaningful relationships with candidates, understanding their motivations and career goals
Use Aquent’s advanced tech to streamline sourcing and screening
Partner with clients to understand business needs and team dynamics
Develop expertise in specific industries and functional areas
Offer guidance and insight to both candidates and clients
