Overview

Bupa is hiring Customer Service Advisors for their Contact Centre in Salford Quays. This is a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) with a starting salary of £25,450, rising to £29,750 within 18 months based on performance.

Shifts are on rotation, Monday to Friday (8am–8pm) and Saturdays (8am–4pm), with one Saturday a month required.

Training lasts 15 weeks (mainly on-site), after which you can work from home up to three days per week. You’ll be helping customers with queries about their health insurance, authorising or declining treatments, and ensuring records are accurate.
