Overview

NatWest Boxed is recruiting a Senior Client Success Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is mostly remote, with employees working from home the majority of the time. Office or hub attendance is required at least twice per month, so this is not a fully remote role.

The position is UK-based, and all working days must be carried out within the United Kingdom.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of NatWest Boxed clients, owning client strategy plans and ensuring customers fully optimise the services provided. The role involves senior client relationship management, improving customer outcomes, increasing product adoption, reducing churn, and supporting account growth.

Key responsibilities include working closely with sales and product teams, implementing client success metrics and KPIs, overseeing client onboarding and due diligence, and ensuring clients continue to see value from the relationship.

Applicants will need experience in the Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) sector, strong relationship management and communication skills, senior client-facing experience, and a proven track record of delivering financial targets.

Location: London (mostly remote)
Salary: £79,000 – £118,500
