Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours)
Optima Health, a leading UK provider of Occupational Health and Wellbeing services, is seeking a Head of Mental Health to lead its multidisciplinary mental health team.
The successful candidate will work strategically to develop new services, policies, and procedures, while supporting clients’ workplace wellbeing strategies. Experience within an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing a clinical team, ensuring performance, compliance, and quality standards.
Managing and supporting service improvements and customer relationships.
Overseeing recruitment, training, and professional development.
Using data to report on outcomes, ROI, and service effectiveness.
Requirements:
Degree (or equivalent experience) in Occupational Health, Mental Health, or related discipline.
Proven experience managing a multidisciplinary team and working strategically in service development.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
