Overview
Twinkl is recruiting a Marketing Assistant to join its growing B2B Marketing team, supporting marketing activities for Subject Leads. The position is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), and offers a salary of £24,500–£28,190 depending on experience.
This hybrid role suits someone with a background in marketing or communications who’s eager to develop their skills in email marketing, social media, and campaign management. The successful candidate will help raise awareness of Twinkl’s offering for Subject Leaders, manage online communities, and produce engaging multimedia content to drive engagement and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook) and building an online community.
Creating and coordinating content across channels, including blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
Writing compelling, brand-aligned copy and engaging with educators and influencers.
Tracking performance and contributing ideas for ongoing improvement.
Applicants should have experience in marketing, communications, or social media, with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and confidence using tools like Canva and scheduling platforms. An interest in education is a plus.
